Lasso purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refund requests and any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

Request a refund

Visit Paddle’s payment support and use the email address you entered at checkout to find your Lasso purchase and request a refund. You can also use the support link in your Paddle receipt. Include your order details and a description of the issue.

Lasso is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. See our purchase terms.
